支払時期Time of Payment

クレジットカード払いの場合お申込時にお支払いいただきます。
銀行振込の場合、お申し込み日を含めた2営業日以内にお振込いいただきます。
開催日のある商品（講座・コース）の場合、開催日の1週間前〜2日前の間に、お申込み内容に関する事前案内メールを送付いたします。
開催日のない商品（動画販売）の場合、お申込み手続き完了後、5日以内に視聴用URLを記載したメールを送付いたします。

For credit card payment, payment must be made at the time of application.
In the case of bank transfer, payment must be made within 2 business days including the date of application.
For products (courses) that have a specific date, we will send you an advance notice of your application between one week and two days prior to the date of the event.
For products without a course date (video sales), an e-mail with a URL for viewing will be sent within 5 days after the completion of the application process.

返品・返還の特約Return and Refund Policy

開催日のある商品（講座・コース）の場合、キャンセル可能期間内のお申込者様都合によるキャンセルは返金いたします。なお、ご返金にあたり事務手数料（振込手数料含む）を頂戴いたします。ご返金金額については、返金事務手数料を除いた金額をご返金させていただきます。ご入金後のお客様都合のキャンセルにつきましては、下記のとおりのキャンセル料をお支払いいただきます。ご入金後よりワークショップ開催の２１日前まで・・・一律 1000円
ご入金後よりワークショップ開催の１４～７日前まで・・・講座代金の50％
ご入金後よりワークショップ開催の６～２日前まで・・・講座代金の70％
ご入金後よりワークショップ開催の前日から講座開催日・・・・講座代金の100％※返金は全て銀行振込で返金となります。返金時の振込手数料をご負担いただきます。
※クレジットカード決済後で返金ご希望の場合、決済手数料（3.6％）をご負担いただきます。
※対面開催の講座の場合、天災地変、暴動、運送・交通機関等のサービス提供の中止、官公署の命令等によりワークショップをオンライン授業へ移行する可能性がございます。オンライン授業へ移行の場合、ワークショップは開催とみなし、通常のキャンセルポリシーが適応されます。

キャンセル可能期日を過ぎてのお申込者様都合によるキャンセルは、全額をキャンセル料として申し受けます。
開催中止など弊社都合によるキャンセルは、全額を返金いたします。
開催日のない商品（動画販売）・デジタルコンテンツの場合、お申込み手続き完了後のキャンセル・返金はいたしかねます。

For products (courses) that have a fixed date, we will refund the money if the cancellation is made by the applicant within the cancellation period. Please note that an administration fee (including bank transfer fee) will be charged for refunds. The amount of the refund will be the amount of the refund minus the administrative fee. Cancellations made by the customer after payment has been made will be subject to the following cancellation fees. From the time of payment until 21 days prior to the workshop: 1000 yen
From 14 to 7 days prior to the workshop after the payment is made: 50% of the course fee
From 6 to 2 days prior to the workshop: 70% of the course fee
From the day before the workshop to the day of the workshop ・・・・ 100% of the course fee will be refunded by bank transfer. All refunds will be made by bank transfer.
If you wish to receive a refund after payment has been made by credit card, you will be responsible for the transaction fee (3.6%).
*In the case of a face-to-face workshop, there is a possibility that the workshop will be moved to an online class due to natural disasters, riots, suspension of transportation services, or orders from public offices. In the event that the workshop is moved to an online class, the workshop will be deemed to be held and the regular cancellation policy will apply.

Cancellations made by the applicant after the cancellation deadline will be subject to a full cancellation fee.
Cancellations due to our reasons, such as cancellation of the event, will be refunded in full.
In the case of products (video sales) and digital content without an event date, no cancellations or refunds will be made after the application process has been completed.
